There was so much to discover in the ocean to those of humanity. Though for those that live in the ocean there lies differences with modern times. The new platforms that humans make and create destroy the sea with the quakes of that of the storms that drift ashore those of marine animals.

Though being washed onto a cemented platform and discovering she has legs now was something that Shim Chung never imagine. Was this a form of magic or? Was this evolution to ensure that she could breath and live on the land?

Though that bracelet of green stones called Jade and how the man that save her wore it all the time. She always glances up at him the man that didn't hurt her the man where a bond shouldn't have been made.

She spoke for help asking for someone to save her and the only person to hear her would be that of this man. It could be said that mermaids can talk through their minds and for Shim Chung the boy that love mermaids could hear her talk.

Shim Chung wanted to find someone that can hear her, the other mermaids find her weird, but the man she found once again. The same face but different way of talking interested her. His eyeballs filled with ink are pretty to her it speaks with feeling and emotions.

She learn from that box he gave to her that talked and one by one she understood. After all if humans can learn, then so can mermaids very easily.
