I want to note I do like Riley's books I find it amusing...because of all the pulp culture stuff. The Image is of Doctor Who and well Dalek and the bunny attempt.

Qing Yang was consider many things to the Du and Nan family. He was the best friend of Du Zi Feng and beloved adopted nephew of Nan Xing Tian. He was big brother of the triad workers behind Zi Feng. He also was the guidance toward the workers that ran his uncles other cafes and even the amusement park workers that he watches and trained.

To the newly acquired Yang Na Na he was a friend, a confidant, a protector and now her personal boyfriend and lover. He was many things to Na Na and to Qing Yang she was his precious person that he want to grow old with on this Earth.

Na Na was cute and her smile was bright and shiny. It warmed Qing Yang greatly and watching her play house with Guo Lai their bunny daughter was pleasing. Zi Feng had talked to Qing Yang about Ya Nuo and returned the favor of listening to Qing Yang's concerns in regard to the only female of significance in his life.

Zi Feng was watching his friend prepare the coffee to his liking and asked in amusement, "Why are you so fluster?"

"Na Na...her birthday is coming." Qing Yang admits his uncertainty, "I don't know what she likes...."

"Wasn't the pet bunny....a birthday gift already?" Zi Feng noted his friend unhappy look at him.

Qing Yang set the coffee in front of Zi Feng and responded, "Wasn't all those suits you gave Ya Nuo consider birthday gifts?"

"Point..." Zi Feng admits.

Qing Yang sighs and tug his hair, "I would give her anything if I could but...she doesn't seem materialistic anything even a small hair pin would make her happy..."

Zi Feng huffs, "Which reminds me...fix her clothes would you?" He then contemplates the bunny inside the plastic cage, "Though you could get her stuff that has bunnies on it...she does like that right?"

Qing Yang concedes, "Or I could just buy her clothing..." He did agree on Zi Feng's estimation. "Her birthday will be in one week. I was going to arrange a small party for her...you are invited with Ya Nuo...since Na Na really likes her..."

Zi Feng grins, "Should I have Ya Nuo dress like a guy?"

"Whatever makes Ya Nuo comfortable..." Qing Yang roll his eyes, he knew that Na Na complimented Ya Nuo dress in either girl of boy. She didn't care she was very happy to have friends, he knew she lead a very lonely life what being sick originally and being absent from school.

Her father even was paying for some classes for her, Na Na expresses she wishes she could finish at least some education. Being only high school graduated she felt lacking considering she envy the classmates of hers that went on forward.

Nan Xing Tian being indulgent had purchase a book for her to study to take the entrance test for the school. He even went there to talk to the principals and requested that if it were possible, considering his daughter sickness originally. The principal was an old friend and agreed to let her take the exam and see if she could pass the entrance test.

Na Na had been dutifully learning information and also learning from the tutor that Xing Tian had hired. Anything for his daughters wish, he could respect his daughter desire to learn and grow. Time wasn't an issue now and they would keep careful watch over her.

Zi Feng huffs, "Well I will buy her a gift too...since she likes rabbits...and bring it along."

"Thanks..." Qing Yang said and pick up his own coffee to sip it. "I want to make her twenty first birthday special."

The week passed by quickly and soon it was Na Na's birthday. Na Na had woken up like usual and got dress to going downstairs, "Dad!" She called out.

"Surprise!"

Na Na jerked and grab the wall, "What?"

"Happy Birthday!" Xing Tian said as he hurry over to Na Na. Helping her down the stairs he noted the flush of pleasure and gleam of happiness.

"You didn't have...too." Na Na look at all the balloons and table fill with food.

"We wanted too." Ya Nuo said, "It's not every day you turn twenty one..."

Qing Yang approaches with a cake and gives a smile, singing the birthday song and everyone joins in, as he approaches Na Na gave a teary eye smile and blows out her candle making a wish.

The cake was settle down and everyone cheer there was Xiao Jing, Ya Nuo's cousin with Zi Feng and Zi Han and her boyfriend Guang Chao. They were all here and she felt quite blessed even though she didn't know them that well, she was touched they came.

Xing Tian drag her along, "Come on sit down your leg still weak sometimes..."

"I am fine dad..." Na Na said noting the nagging tone of her father.

"It's time for presents~" Xiao Jing sang and held out her's, "Open mine first~~~"

Na Na noted the pink gift wrap and gave a bright smile, "Thank you..." She carefully peels it but Xiao Jing tsks.

"Just tear it!" Xiao Jing exclaimed.

Na Na look uncertain but does as she suggested, a set of nail polish was revealed, "Thank you~" She always wanted to try this but she look shyly, "Maybe you can help me with it?"

"I would be happy too~" Xiao Jing said.

Zi Han approaches and looks at Na Na up and down, "Even though we don't know each other....here..." She shoves a box at Na Na.

"Ah...thank you..." Na Na said and started to unpack the box displaying a Chanel Hand Bag. "I...can't...this is too expensive..." She stutters out.

"You can and you will~" Zi Han she sniffs and look at Na Na, "A girl need a little something and your clothes and backpack as...brother's friends girlfriend is embarrassing..." She huffs.

"Zi Han..." Zi Feng Warns.

"Ah...it's okay..." Na Na try to be a peace keeper. "Thank you...but...you sure I can have this?"

"Yes you can....~" Zi Han flounces off as Guang Chao went after her after shoving a small box at Na Na to fan Zi Han and hug her for doing a great job.

Na Na unwrap the gift from Guang Chao and look curious saying out loud, "Free hot dogs...for a week..."

"That's so cheap...."  Zi Feng said.

Guang Chao said, "I have to save and make my business better...General manager..."

Ya Nuo roll her eyes and approaches Na Na to hand over her gift, "Here..." She said with a smile, "Ignore that guy..."

Na Na echoes Ya Nuo and took the parcel and opened it her eyes soften at the frame of them on the camping trip photograph. "Thank you very much...Ya Nuo!" She hug the frame to herself and glances down at it again.

Ya Nuo gave a thumbs up and a smirk that she won as the best gift.

Zi Feng sniffs and waltz forward and handed his wrapped parcel. "Since you like certain things...I thought you might enjoy this..."

Na Na look curious at the blue-red gift wrapped parcel it felt like a book and opened it. A green cover with image of a bunny, she look curious and read out loud, "Return of the Bunny Suicides 'Watership down for the Deeply Sick.' Richard Curtis and Andy Riley..." She flip open the pages and stares at it and look at Zi Feng and started to crying out loud. "GUO LAI don't die~~~~~~"

Qing Yang popped in shocked by the sudden wails from his girlfriend, "What happen? What?"

Zi Feng look guilty, "I got her a book on bunny humor...but she..."

Qing Yang eyes flash and he grip onto Zi Feng in anger, "What did you do???"

Ya Nuo was hugging Na Na and comforting her, "it's okay...your bunny daughter isn't thinking like those...bunnies in the book..." She wasn't sure what to do right now while Xiao Jing was moving to grab tissue and drying Na Na crying face.

Qing Yang let go of Zi Feng and bend down to pick up the book looking through it and his face turn black, "We will have words...about this..." He went over to Na Na and circle her back, "Just let us have a moment..." He drew Na Na up and brought her to the other room to comfort her.

Ya Nuo whack Zi Feng on the head. "OUCH!" Zi Feng yelped.

"You are so dumb...you can give me good items but why on all of Taiwan you decide to buy her a book on bunny suicide?" Ya Nuo said, "Yes I can see it's not graphic...but still...the one thing a girl doesn't appreciate especially someone like Na Na is death...attempted death...and her cute bunny going to die..."

Xiao Jing nods her head in agreement with her cousin, "General manager...you really didn't think that detail did you..."

Guang Chao and Zi Han were off to the side and he called out, "I think my hot dog gift was better then that~"

Zi Han makes a high pitch whine, "My bag should be better~"

A sudden squeal of joy from the other room and everyone hurried over to see Na Na tackling Qing Yang onto the floor. She was literally kissing him as she look at the people staring at them in shock. She lifted her left hand and show off a ring and gave a brilliant smile. "We are engaged~"

Ya Nuo lips quirk, "Well I guess we know whose gift...was the best...don't we...?"

They left the couple in the other room to go back to the food being served the book was discretely place to help balance the tilted table.
