Politics. Yoo Shi Jin hated it. To him the red tape and all the garbage versus saving lives and protecting was worthless. He was born with respect for his mother and father. He also chose this job because it fit his criteria. It made sure he was able to use his physical abilities as well using his brain for tactics and strategy, but the one major entity he never like was the bureaucratic toss ups that came up.

To these men its all statistics and who would take the blame, even the politics in the military was the same. The protocol and the mumbo jumbo when just doing the right thing was seen as a liability and Yoo Shi Jin didn't want Mo Yeon to become just that a number.

Viability to save her was slowly slipping through his fingers. He couldn't gain support to save the woman he love. It ripped his heart out the promise to save her. To protect her, his lady doctor. These bastards are standing in his way professing everything is alright and that the United States would solve everything. They would go in and save Doctor Kang and they don't realize the political crockery they are mixing in.

South Korean citizen being saved by a foreign power that pretty much set this whole incidental time bomb up. A hiss of anger well up in Shi Jin and he takes in thoughts of how to get his objective done. If United States did go in then Korea would owe them, which is ridiculous that was their own people and would they have to rely on the United States whom wouldn't care about a foreign citizen? Mo Yeon could end up like a casualty and he couldn't take that.

They finally got together and now they were being pressed and stomped on. He wanted to finish this Argus was his mistake, but he was also the United States monster created. Without no homeland to fight for and no identity except a name it was pretty much sullen and reflective of what could happen to a few good men that simply turned bad when there is no support.

Betrayed by their own country or betraying that country as it were. Shi Jin shudder to consider the implications and thought he owe allegiance to his country. He wasn't a mindless drone that would just simply always follow orders, because he is human and they are prone to mistakes and emotional grips.

Violent anger surge in Shi Jin posture and he left the Corp Command tent while the Battalion leader called for his detainment. There was no way he would sit back, he made a promise and he was a man of honor. Mo Yeon is waiting for him. Mo Yeon face and her teary eyes embedded deeply into his skull and he felt his chest ache deeply the thought of how far they have come and now this.

Why is it every time when they are fine something comes along to create havoc on their lives? Sliding into his car he drive it forward and threaten the guards his muscle bunch with fury of these men trying to stop him. Making him betray his honorable promise and words.

Mo Yeon is waiting for him.

The phone being handed over and the voice of the Yellow Tiger came over and he felt himself soften a little that perhaps his country's men didn't abandon him and so he hurried along to prepare and begin his question.

Mo Yeon is waiting to be saved.

The time was the essence and his heart pulse as he continued on his way a serious silence in his demeanor as he entered the mansion hideaway of Argus. He took out cameras and men and try to save the children that were there.

I save elder, children and beauties.

The child had a gun pointed at his head and he could feel his heart waver and slowly he drop the gun. BANG. The man in front of him went down. Whereas he thought this was the end, he was saved luckily by his teammates and a shudder of relief flow through him. His own men came, even though they wouldn't get anything, they his comrades still followed him along.

He wasn't abandoned. Now he can save Mo Yeon.

He needed to save Mo Yeon.

    1. Usually loyalty is a wonderful thought and idea. We all idealize it and there may be those exceptions where they exist, but I guess if you fight suffer together it bonds you beyond normal circumstances.
