Kang Mo Yeon had never been shot before. During the time of her hostage she always believe that Shi-Jin would help her. He always came at her moment of peril, she wasn't even sure which number she was at death's door. Though if he failed she knew he would be burden and cry so severely but at least he would be alive.
There are many different facades of Shi-Jin that Mo Yeon hasn't seen them all. However, the portion that she spotted behind the stone wall let her known of a man that would cry and hide. A part of her understood the man they were similar not wanting their weakness to be seen. Yet she was angry on that this man couldn't unburden or share his secrets with her.
Argus had made her realize the secrets that Shi-Jin hid, but then she always had her suspicion because she already knew the man lied. Then slowly she piece together his actions that he wouldn't want her to worry for him that he would hide and cry his eyes out alone. Shi-Jin always remain strong in front of his men and in front of her his bubble and defenses were raised around him fooling those that didn't know how to look. The difficulties that being in command meant that he would always remain holding that mantle around his shoulders.
Big boss he is smart, funny, and nice, but he has a lot of secrets. He disappear from time to time without contact then one day, pssh...he is never coming back.
Mo-Yeon heart trembles at those words the thought of never knowing if he would one day disappear from her sights and she would never know if he was gone. Even as her wounds were closed up and stitched she didn't cry over the pain, but instead cried over the thought of him being gone. Also the ordeal of what that man must be suffering from.
Could Doctors get Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? The consideration of fear the thought of Shi-Jin dying in her arms when he shielded her from the bullet. However, luckily the bulky jacket he wore was a bullet proof vest and she was thankful, when she yanked it from his body to check. The pellet laying embedded in the fabric.
Shi Jin finding her to check on her wound that he caused. The quiver of his voice as he asked her, 'Do you want to break up with me?'
There was a point where she didn't know how to answer him. Then the beauty of watching Shi-Jin hiding behind a stone wall and watching him burn a photograph of his past burning it.
Was he a great friend?
To save private Ryan and to shoot Private Ryan those shoots and the tears he shed, hoping to shed her from the ordeal of his monster face as he took a life. The tears that slid down to drip and drop onto her face made her knew that even the beast that he believe he was...was just simply an illusion.
Mo Yeon wish that she could go back to that point where he hide away. She should of approach Shi-Jin and press her hand over his eyes softly whispering that he too should not remember. Erase the moment and not let his heart get hurt, because she was here standing beside him.
So this heart doesn't get hurt, I'll always to be with you.
The one thing Argus got right. Shi-Jin was smart, funny, and nice but to her his face was beautiful even in tears. But she didn't like the tormented feeling in his heart. Desire to comfort the man that came for her, her reassurance that she won't leave him.
Pink sweater arms wrap around his hips and hug him. The words came out effortlessly as she felt his stiff position.
The inner message of her words were I am not breaking up with you. I am staying right here with you.
