Summary: Prawns of love and troublesome pairs.

Notes: I know that the support character of Bromance isn't as well developed. However, I felt to prove to myself that I can write them. I simply just did it. Qing Yang hasn’t let Zi Feng know about Na Na’s illness, rather he only confirms he was with her, but now he felt this urgency.

Immediately he had planned with Uncle Tian to bring in the other two for dinner tonight. He had gone shopping and while outside he phone called the two.

“Hello, Qing Yang.” Zi Feng voice came over.

“Can you come over to the café for dinner? Na Na had a relapse.” Qing Yang said, “Just don’t let her know you both know but it would cheer her up to see you two.”

Zi Feng replied, “Okay we will come. I will let Ya Nuo know.”

Qing Yang voice said carefully, “Bring anything that can make Na Na feel better.”

“Okay.” Zi Feng said.

Qing Yang hurried to bring along the food back to the café. He knew he had to do a lot to make Na Na happy. The day progressed smoothly as he hurried to help his Uncle prepare the food.

Ya Nuo appearing with a dog wasn’t a surprise at all, animals were good for those that were ill, they granted comfort to those that were sick. The girls were talking and he relaxes toward the atmosphere whilst cleaning up a few things on the counter.

Qing Yang lip quirk at seeing Na Na light up and pet the dog happily, “Chubby is so cute.” 

Ya Nuo laughs, “That’s right, Brother Zhe Rui took care of Chubby really well.” 

Zi Feng approaching and stating slyly, “Don’t forget that we have a cat son.” Then meows almost set Qing Yang off in a fit of coughs. His friend was such a jealous man when it came to Ya Nuo. 

Na Na expressed concern, “You raise a cat at home too? Wouldn’t it fight with Chubby?” 

After all cats and dogs don’t all get along, only a few instances they are fine together.

Ya Nuo said exasperated, “Don’t listen to him. It’s a cat plushy.” 

Na Na laughing sigh was reassuring. But Ya Nuo’s question toward what sort of animal that Na Na like took his attention. He wanted to know too.

Na Na said, “I like rabbits.”

Surprise evident in Ya Nuo’s voice, “You like rabbits?”

Rabbits were not as troublesome to raise compare to a dog or cat. Also it meant that the rabbit would be in a cage and wouldn’t contaminate the café. It also was small and not active enough to make Na Na tired; it was perfect in his opinion.

“They are furry and small. It brightens my mood when I watch them.” Na Na said happily, but pet Chubby the dog, “Okay don’t be angry.”

Uncle Tian’s voice calling him, “Qing Yang! Help me to bring out the hot pot.”

Answering back, “I am coming.” Qing Yang headed out of the room.

Uncle Tian loud voice came out saying, “Hey, it’s time to eat! Quickly help to arrange the bowls and utensils.” 

 
Qing Yang noted the hot pot and grab the towels to picked it up as he hurried over to the table. 

Careful to not spill the soup from the hot spot, he walked steadily to the table and set the hot spot onto the table while flinching in pain.

Na Na cried out in concern. “Are you okay?”

“I am fine, don’t worry.” Qing Yang replies, it was only a slight burn.

“I will go get the medication.” Na Na said making her way toward the door, but he grabs her wrist to prevent her from moving.

“It’s okay.” Qing Yang tugs her into place and helps her set down. He noted Zi Feng winking at him and rolls his eyes at his friend.

Uncle Tian stated, “Okay all sit down and eat, I have one more dish to prepare and I will join you shortly.”

Na Na called out, “Dad.” Made all three pair of eyes slid over to look at her. It was the first time any of them heard Na Na interact with Uncle Tian this way.

Na Na look very cute when she looks at their guest uncertain he could tell this was the first time she acknowledges his Uncle as her father in front of others. Qing Yang felt proud she took the initiative to make her father sit down to join them for food. This was their family now.

Qing Yang settles himself down into his chair after his Uncle was settling into the chair as she hurried back over to her own. The smell of prawns was nice they were all together. Grabbing a prawn to bring it to the plate, he blew on it, because it was so hot. Goodness knows the pot was hot when he handles it.

A flash of chopsticks and Qing Yang glances to Na Na wondering why she was stealing his prawn. He watches her unpeel it and felt reassured; this was her showing her love to him.

Uncle Tian slight laugh, made Qing Yang uncomfortable, when the shrimp went back to his plate. He chews on the shrimp and look up to see Zi Feng’s smug look on his face as he chews on the shrimp. He shook his head at the man’s antics, but notices his Uncle and Na Na’s face and realizes they didn’t know about Ya Nuo yet.

He could see the linger mischief in his Bro’s face and inwardly sigh at how naughty he was. Quickly glancing over to his Uncle he noted the man was putting together the puzzle and seeing a man and man being together, but being too polite to voice it out, whereas Na Na facial structure was funny to him, but he suppose he would have to let her in on the secret later on.

His family was so strange, Qing Yang thought.

 The pair of love birds as he label his Bro Du Zi Feng and Pi Ya Nuo flew off he sat down and serve some tea to Na Na and Xing Tian. Watching the two relaxing on the couches made him feel warm inside. He would consider talking to Uncle Tian in regards to Na Na, after her surgery. 

Qing Yang was serious about love, when Na Na got better he would do everything by the book. He would ensure that she remain happy, and whatever bother her would be presented to him. There was no way he would leave her alone. They would have fun together an they would grow old together. 

There was no way he wanted her to go away. Watching her handle her pains and struggling was heart felt but just like a pair of doves, he wouldn’t dessert her. She was special. The road back home is like losing your bearings and he would make sure to guide her back.

Free spirited and stubborn as she is—she was remarkably in her own personality. He wanted to see her grow old in front of him and always be beside her. He could see why Zi Feng went crazy when it came to Ya Nuo, though he was more vocal about it.

The nuance of his bro was evident, the jealous childish behavior, but he couldn’t do that—he would covert Na Na by another method. Watching over her and protecting her. He agrees with Xing Tian she did suffer immensely by being alone by herself that time.

Xing Tian glances over his daughter and then to Qing Yang, “Would you tell us what is going on with those two?”

Qing Yang gave a satisfied smile, “They are in love.”

Na Na eye flashes fluttered upward in surprise, he did so love how innocently clever she was as she put the scene together. “No wonder I felt like they were in a competition with me when it came to prawn peeling…” She presses her hand to her chest, “It was this abnormal pressure.”

“Hmm.” Xing Tian grins widely, “I guess, but I don’t mind how Zi Feng decides, but it would be rough on them…”

“Hey love is love!” Na Na professes, “People cannot control their feelings!”

Qing Yang softens.He like the fire in Na Na, it meant she was still fighting.

“Yes…yes…your right.” Xing Tian placid his daughter hoping she doesn’t flare outward and start raving.

“Ya Nuo…is a girl…” Qing Yang stated.

“Yes Ya Nuo is…a….” Xing Tian froze and Na Na head whipped to look at him surprised.

Qing Yang lips quirk upward, “She just dresses like a boy and acts like one for a good reasons but we cannot let on that we know. That’s our leader’s orders.”

Xing Tian quirk his head to the side surprised by all of this. “What is the world coming too?”

“Wei Qing Yang…!” Na Na lean forward getting closer to him. He lean back surprised. “When did you know?”

“Zi Feng told me but I suspected for a while…” Qing Yang said straightly, “There were hints.”

“Hints?” Na Na hums, “Like what?”

“Well you are going to have to think about it.” Qing Yang said and that was that.

“HEY!” Na Na yells.
