Around February the newest sensational Korean Drama came online. I admit I knew about this series prior since I watch Running Man and have been a Song Joong Ki fan for a while. His skills have been notable and with this newest series I feel the baby has grown up immensely in acting prowess. *Clap hands*

I admit I am slow in recapping this series. However, since we have progressed quite quickly in this series with two episodes airing per week and I can actually sit down and watch it.

EPISODE 1

The beginning scene starts with a darken field and a housing the rustle and bustle of soldiers hiding with scopes and rifle targeting on a small house. The words '680m south of the DMZ Military demarcation Line' pops up.

A gathering of military personnel are in a conference room reporting the situation. At 1:00 hours three North Korean Special Forced operatives crossed the DMZ military Demarcation Line. They raided Guard post 301 and took two of the South Korean soldiers as hostage. The three North Korean soldiers are on strike making many of the people inside the counsel wondering if they sent only three soldiers to start a war with South Korea. Lieutenant General Yoon states that this action is more of a provoking to see who would be the first one to fire within the DMZ in breach of the armistice agreement.

For those that do not know what the armistice agreement is...it is called The Korean Armistice Agreement which ended the Korean War. It was signed by U.S. Army Lieutenant General William Harrison, Jr. representing the United Nations Command (UNC), North Korean General Nam Il representing the Korean People's Army, and the Chinese People’s Volunteer Army. 

The armistice was signed on July 27, 1953, and was designed to "insure a complete cessation of hostilities and of all acts of armed force in Korea until a final peaceful settlement is achieved." No "final peaceful settlement" has been achieved yet. The signed armistice established the Korean Demilitarized Zone (de facto a new border between the two nations), put into force a cease-fire, and finalized repatriation of prisoners of war. The Demilitarized Zone runs not far from the 38th parallel, which separated North and South Korea before the war." For Further Information please go Here.

The purpose of having South Korea fire first is so that North Korea can use it to negotiate a better deal in the upcoming six-party talks. The concerns is that South Korean cannot give into their ploy at the same time they have to figure out a way to send them back to their own country peacefully. Lt. General Yoon inform the Blue House that he has dispatched special forces Team Alpha to neutralize the issue.

Captain Yoo Shi-jin call sign Big Boss and his comrade Sergeant Major Seo Dae-young call sign Wolf decided to enter the area to begin talks.Both disarm themselves so that temptation of using gun would not happen when they entered.

Nice set up and this is where we hear call signs being used, Harry Potter, Piccolo to Big Boss. Harry Potter is the one that set explosives that would be used as last resort if the negotiation fails and Piccolo would keep his sniper rifle on his commander and the house in readiness of any movement that require his assistant.

Inside the facility they estimated those inside and that's when the fighting begins. I am not as descriptive on fighting but what I can tell its brutal and Shi Jin had gotten slice by the North Korean man that was in control. Shi Jin was smart enough to toss the fight out of the door without cover that they had their snipers in range to shoot the hostiles.

We would call this somewhat like a stalemate however the North Korean Lieutenant said that Big Boss would not be able to kill him because the people of South Korea are conscious of the eyes of others so they cannot shoot first. However the North Koreans are different then one of his underlings brought up a gun to point at Shi Jin head.

Shi Jin told the North Korean Lieutenant that Korea has been divided for 70 years but the North Koreans still have misunderstanding about the South because the South were always ready to shoot first for keeping peace. The red dot scope is evident on the man pointing the gun at Shi Jin. He cleverly tells the North Korean men that he didn't want them to make another mistake. Since he would never interrupt his enemy when they are making mistakes.

The North Korean Lieutenant look pretty impressed with Shi Jin. His words hat he came to the DMZ as a warrior and that he should go back in the same ways. The play of words are intricate I admit perhaps the man doesn't believe dying this way is consider a warriors way or he does. It is not evident until he tells his underling to put down the gun.

The North Korean Lieutenant tells Shi Jin that he is glad to see him. I assume that this is almost like an annual thing or am I mistaken? However, Big Boss said he doesn't want to see this man every year, and even state the mans name as Senior Lieutenant Ahn Jung Joon.  I am not sure what to make of this sort of camaraderie between these two factions. Both sides back away and the three North Koreans move back over the line.

Big Boss then calls in indicating the situation was resolve and mission complete. The fight coordination is absolutely A scale toward that of movie fights I have seen. I am sure this panders to those that are into watching high intense fight scenes. I am not really into those I just look for the result and see how tactical the character would be in his acting.

The scene shifts to where Seo Dae Young and Yoo Shi Jin are playing a shooting game trying to hit the bulls eye, but are struggling. Quite strange considering both are great marksman.  We later on learn the owner of the shooting range for prizes Lee Kwang Soo (Cameo - A fellow Running Man member) possibly altered the rifles being used. Both Dae Young and Shi Jin were complaining the barrel of the rifle was off  and that they cannot adjust the clip and zeroing.

Lee Kwang Soo asked if the two men would like to play another round. Shi Jing started asking Lee Kwang Soo if there was a way to adjust the clip. Lee Kwang Soo screams when they tinker with the rifle he cries out that they cannot play around with the gun stating that these guns are replicas of Delta Force ones unsed in the Desert war. Well that's news to me.

The scream of thief comes along and Dae Young grab the rifle and move to the street. Shi Jin taking his own protests since they both are on leave and did they really have too. Nevertheless he joins in raising his rifle and firing at the thief that was riding a motorcycle coming at them. Turns out the guy was stealing coupons which is hilarious when you think about it. The man that owns the motorcycle doesn't want to call the authorities since he doesn't want to be responsible for the injury of the thief.

Kim Gi-beom the thief ended up flat on his back with a spine contour issue possibly and a fracture. Shi Jin starts first aid treatment while Dae Young report the motorcycle incident and paramedics were on their way to gather Kim Gi-beom.

The comedic scene between Lee Kwang Soo and Shi Jin are total win, discovering that as Shi Jin did first aid he also did subtle threats of winning the teddy bear that he needed to use as a brace for the thief to make sure spine injury doesn't occur. Lee Kwang Soo of course is shocked that the guns he had used for firing balloons or targets were used for a such a purpose was willing to give the items needed. It also means absolutely embarrassment for the thief when he was picked up by the paramedics and brought to our main heroine hospital.

Of course while having drinks together in a coffee shop both Shi Jin and Dae Young have large plushy that were given by Kwang Soo requesting that they never show up ever again at his shooting range. I don't blame the guy. Dae Young ends up with a large bunny that Shi Jin teases is his girl friend.

Dae Young goes back teasing that Shi Jin girlfriend was cute indicating the squirrel plushy but it was funny he stated that it is not his girlfriend but his comrade. Then he scold Dae Young as to why he had to take the plushies. Dae Young said because it's free and why not.

While this happened we noted that Shi Jin receive a phone call from the Army Surgeon label, Yoon Myung-joo at this point we don't know why Dae Young is avoiding her. 

Just that Shi Jin tells his friend that he will answer and that the older man would have to break up with her. Dae Young not wanting this keep begging Shi Jin that he would buy him steak for dinner. Uninterested Shi Jin states he gets paid enough to pay for his own dinner. Dae Young tries to snatch the phone and claim he would purchase a 17 year old whisky. Ah we can see what is valuable to these men. Either it's meat, alcohol...and last but least women.

However, to avoid Shi Jin picking up his phone he promises to introduce the man to his relative a pretty flight attendant cousin. Satisfied Shi Jin offer his phone to Dae Young to hang up. Then waits eagerly for his friend to pull out his phone to show Shi Jin the image of his cousin. Dae Young discover that his been pick pocketed by that thief Kim Gi Beom! Good job kid! So because of this Dae Young is bent on going to the hospital to retrieve his cellphone. Through this whole period Shi Jin is teasing him asking him if the phone is really important. 

The team meet the thief from the paramedic truck that unloads our Kim Gi-Beon his head is twisted with two teddy bears as a neck brace. Choi Min-ji the ER nurse tries not to laugh at the man, but as the bed moves along from his pocket drops the cellphone that belongs to Dae Young. The phone is handed off to Min-ji and here is where she answers it and tells the person on the phone that the person who owns the phone was in a motorcycle accident and is at Haesung hospital. 

Doctor Kang Mo Yeon comes along to notice the patient with the teddy bears she look amused by his unfortunate embarrassment. She pull his arm up to look at the writing and asked him who did this. Gi Beom states the people that did this to him. He begs them to get these teddy bears off him and Mo Yeon reassures him that they would do so. She tells Ha Ja-ae ER Nurse to change the neck brace to hospital standard. Mo Yeon complimented whomever did the first aid was skillful and pretty makes you wonder how much first aid skills that Shi Jin had in the first place. Mo Yeon states out loud suspected rib fracture from what was written on the kids arm and presses to check and said yes there is a fracture. Then ankle sprain touching she seem to have a horrific bed manner skills. We do learn reason why she is mean is when she ask the kid if he is a thief. Surprised he ask her what he saying.

Mo Yeon lifted his arm to show him the words saying he is a thief and to give him the most painful treatment if possible. Gi Beom not wanting to admit this Mo Yeon states for him to consult his insurance company about that then, they need to xray him and to get information on him. Min-Ji informs Mo Yeon that the Professor Doctor was looking for her, she tells the two nurses to get him to be x-ray while she went to talk to the professor.  Min-Ji gave him the phone and the guy slid the phone into his pocket and picked up another where his friend is talking to him. Gi-Beom tries to escape the hospital during this point.

Mo Yeon handed to the Professor Doctor the research paper and information to help him write his thesis. She is very efficient and was hopeful to be given a Professor position since this would be her third time attempting to gain it. The first time she wasn't given it was because they claim she was young the second time they denied her was because they gave the Professor position to a rich mans son.Quite vexing all her hard work and the politics of the hospital look and smell pretty corrupt.While this occurs she notices the Motorcycle thief, Kim Gi Beom running away from the hospital. Normally this is all drama story tales, I seriously doubt patients are that easy to escape then again I never have tried to escape from the hospital.

It sounds more and more like the drama Heal me and Kill me with the escaping mental illness patients hah!

The nurses notices the missing kid but Mo Yeon wheels him back telling them he made a run for it and to look at his ankle it balloon up. Gi Beom complains that this is a big mistake that he has to leave or else he won't be in the emergency room but the morgue. I guess the severity is hinting that he belongs to a gain since obviously he doesn't know that the two army guys are coming to Haesung hospital. 

Gi Beom asked them what right they had to hold him here. Mo Yeon such a clever lady states that it isn't a right but a duty. Whereas Ha Ja-ae states that if Gi Beom wanted to leave he would need to sign the refusal of treatment pledge and pay for the consultation fee. Gi Beom surprise he would have to pay since he didn't receive anything yet. Ha Ja-ae lays into the kid stating he had been examined by the doctor and needs to pay for consultation fee. If he doesn't then they will call the police for not paying.

Trying to find a way out of paying he states that his friend is coming here. Mo Yeon tries to make him lay in the bed but she doesn't believe he won't try to run away. So he claims he need to use the toilet and hand her Dae Young phone as hostage. The phone then rings with the words big boss interesting enough the woman just think it's young kids being stupid and states they all need to serve in the military. HAHA

Oh Mo Yeon if you only knew....Gi Beom manages to get out but before that we spot Shi Jin and Dae Young parking their car seeing large amount of people moving along. Look like a gang but both went into the hospital. Shi Jin keep calling the cellphone and listen to where the cell might ring. Finally feeling frustrated from the phone calls she answer the phone and stood up when Shi Jin look at her as she ask him if he was 'Big Boss'

The woman asked him if he was family to the kid and that he need to pay for the medical fees. Shi Jin said he isn't. Mo Yeon focus on her work told the patient to wait she will stitch him up but she asked Min-Ji where the motorcycle patient was at...Min Ji states maybe he was at x-ray. Honesty I am not even sure about hospital policy but this ER is pretty lax if someone can get out so easily. Shi Jin states that the phone belongs to them, but Mo Yeon doesn't believe him. Mo Yeon thinking about the kids words asked him if they were the ones that were coming to put the kid in the morgue.

Both guys look at each other and states to the doctor that she is mistaken. Mo Yeon not liking this states to Min Ji to remove the two guys to outside and to contact security so they don't cause trouble. While this occurs being push away Min Ji draws the curtain to give the patient privacy and we see this look where there is instant attraction between the two leads.

Dae Young more concern about his phone states that he believes the kid made a run for it.  Shi Jin still in la la land agreed with Dae Young assessment. Dae Young wants to look for the kid even though his phone is in the doctors hands. Shi Jin tells Dae Young to go look for him, and then pretends to be sick and in pain in the stomach. He wants to be close to the lady doctor. However, his friend tricks him and of course he accompanies him to look for the kid.

Min Ji wonders if Shi Jin and his pal were a boss and his right hand.  Here goes the gangster references. Min Ji also wonder if she was too harsh on the guys because she fear they would come back to hurt her if they were a mob boss. HAHA Mo Yeon response is to reassure Min Ji that she is better with knives then them. The patients frighten face says it all.

Dae Young makes his way out and Shi Jin asked him if he knows where the kid could of gone. Dae Young had a hunch because of all of those gangster guys that were heading in a direction. They heard screams of pain and went forward to see what was going on. Shi Jin unsure asked him if he needed the phone back since the gang look like street fighters. Shi Jin asked him if the phone has something secret that he was hiding on the phone. The two guys interrupt the gang beating up the kid and his friend.

Dae Young being a noble fool decided to help the kid even though he stole his phone. Gi Beom wanted to get out of the gang but he has to pay to get out at 5,000 dollars is what his friend said. Dae Young sympathizes because he uses to be in the gang so she said he is the older brother of the kid and that he would pay but only if the guys would attack to get the money from him.

One guy comes along and opens a knife and said he would be dead if the wallet is empty. Both guys attack while Shi Jin watches and monitors his friends abilities. He takes down the two guys instantly and Shi Jin look in amusement that these guys carry a life. He decided to join in to break up the gang, however, he is stupid to tell them to take out their knives and guns. Of course all take out the knives and Dae Young glances to Shi Jin with a sigh. However, army training is special I suppose for these guys and they mangage to over take them.

Min Ji approaches Mo Yeon stating that he ran away and then that there is a visitor. A lady in army Yoon Myung-joo it look likeboth ladies know one another. Of course Mo Yeon asked why is it everytime they meet there is always a guy between the two of them of course Myung Joo demands to see the guys charts. I assume she mistaken Dae Young as the one hurt.

We aren't sure what the history of these two are but I assume it wouldn't be that simple. Mo Yeon wonders why Gi Beom the kid would be important to Myung Joo since he is incredibly young. Then Myung Joo criticizes on how the hospital could let a patient run away. Of course unable to let this go on Mo Yeon tells the nurse to be sure to charge Myung Joo the fee since the patient has run off without paying the medical fee. Also request for the security to search all the mens bathroom to see if the guy is there.

Kang Mo Yeon unable to stand it went to see her best friend, Pyo Ji-so another Doctor. She starts to talk about Myung Joo the brat that came to received a commissioned education and interned with Mo Yeon. Wow talk about its a small world.

Then we learn what is going on between the two ladies, for one Myung Joo pretty face stole away the crush that Mo Yeon had. Mo Yeon contends herself with the fact that the guy never did go out with Myung Joo and that it is all history. Ji-so asked why she is here. Mo Yeon informs her that the army surgeons boyfriend is hurt however the boyfriend looks at most 20 years old. Ji-So states that is not possible since the boyfriend is in the army and that the two's love story is really famous among her colleagues. Ji-so surely knows a lot even that Myung Joo boyfriend is a non-commissioned officer.

Comission Officers

 

Both North Korea and South Korea share the same enlisted rank structure among all of their military branches. They also have enlisted ranks called "Corporal" and "Sergeant" in English, but they are not considered non-commissioned officer ranks, though they are treated as one if they hold an NCO position. All branches of the South Korean armed forces maintain a single Warrant Officer rank known as Junwi. Warrant Officers fall in between non-commissioned and commissioned officers. The rank is denoted by a gold-colored Sowi insignia and, in the case of the South Korean Navy, a single broken sleeve stripe. The North Korean military does not maintain any equivalent Warrant Officer positions.

 

There is a difference is that Dae Young took exam to enter the military whereas the Army Surgeon is the one that went to korean military academy. Both sides different the same as Shi Jin in terms of education. 

The scene cuts to where we have Shi Jin, Gi Beom and Dae Young shocked by seeing the army surgeon lady. Bringing him back Mo Yeon glances once at Gi Beom and asked Shi Jin if he was the one that assault the kid. 

Surprised by Mo Yeon's audacity and accusation. Mo Yeon asked Gi Beom who did this to him and whether this guy did it. The kid said no that they save him but she still doesn't believe the patient either feeling his under duress. You can't really blame her Shi Jin attitude and behavior does sound like a big boss sort of a mob boss haha. Shi Jin is fascinated by her stubborness and of course she states she will call the police herself to report the incident quickly Shi Jin chases after her. He is part of the military and off duty if she reports he would be required to write tons and tons of paperwork. 

Shi Jin explains that the kid stole his friends phone and they found him and save him. Still not believing she started to phone call the police and immediately with reflex like a cat Shi Jin hits the phone and catches it to shut off the number quickly.

Shi Jin states he doesn't want the police involve and she still request the phone. He rushes explaining they are military form the army and asked for her cooperation, however she doesn't care if he is army or gangster and to give the phone back. Shi Jin waves the army tags and said she won't believe him and to show her his id it would be useless. He then asked her since she graduated and is at this hospital if she ever met Myung Joo before and he states that she must be the same year as her. He thinks possibly Mo Yeon is young and classmate to Myung Joo too bad kid...she is older and a doctor that the lady intern under.

Mo Yeon wonder if he was the guy that Myung Joo was dating from the army. Shi Jin smirking smugly states that he isn't but his friend is.

Back to the second leads we see Myung Joo trying to get Dae Young to respond to her. She wanted to understand why this was happening why he keeps running away from her and if she wasn't in the army would he even responded to her? He said of course if she wasn't in the army he wouldn't then  he tries to leave and she uses her army rank to halt him and make him stand still. Stubbornly not going to acknowledge his salute, then Shi Jin appears and tell Dae Young to go at ease and that Myung Joo shouldn't abuse her power. Shi Jin told Myung Joo to confirm the two identity, being angry at Dae Young she states they are run away officers.

Mo Yeon returns the phone but even with the identity she wanted to confirm they weren't the ones that cause the assault on Gi Beom. Standing at the hallway the security team tell them to wait a bit for them to pull up the tapes to check. Shi Jin tries to touch her hand and was immediately rejected.

Unable to take the silence she asked Shi Jin how he knows Myung Joo. He begins stating both him and that lady went to the same military academy. Bold by her talk he asked her if she need to check his academy to confirm his identity.  

Mo Yeon sharp tongue that Murderers are usually amicable stuns Shi Jin. He could only agree to her statement and she said she felt scared by his confirmation since they are the only one here. Shi Jin boast that he protects elderly, children and beauties. Mo Yeon said that's a relief since she fit among one of those categories.

Shi Jin shook his head saying she doesn't but she immediately said she fit the elderly portion. I wonder if she believes she isn't beautiful? I suppose that impresses the man on the factor that she doesn't see herself as a beauty, most woman I guess with confidence would mouth it out. Perhaps Myung Joo would be one of those.

Doctor Kang you really are curious aren't you? She states big boss isn't his name and ask what it is...eager that she might be warming up. He states his name as Yoo Shi Jin. (The translators for some groups write it as Yoo Si Jin)

He ask what her name is and she said her name is Kang Mo Yeon. Of course the boy tries to shake hands and instantly is shot down when she tells him not to get too friendly. Down boy!

I know she is pretty in your eyes, but we can tell she won't be that warm until she learns you didn't put her patient more into the hospital.

Dae Young is standing beside the patient Gi Beom talking to him asking if she did any sports of martial arts. Surprised he states that he won a gold medal once when he was a kid. Dae Young states he could tell that he did martial arts or sports because he learn how to get hit first.

The nurse came along to tell Gi Beom to call his parents to pay the fees. Gi Beom stated he cannot afford it he has no family, however Dae Young states that isn't true he is his family. I guess the kid reminded Dae Young of himself when he was young.

The scene goes back to Mo Yeon looking at the video feed and realizing that indeed Shi Jin was telling the truth that they were defending Gi Beom. The amount of men they were fighting were large and she seem supportive of Shi Jin beating up the gangsters.


Her reaction seem very funny and alive that it entrances Shi Jin even more so. Of course she apologizes at the end and since he cannot let her go. He asked her if she is sorry to treat him. Mo Yeon doesn't believe him and poke him in the side where he receive the injury from the knife during the beginning of the episode. Lifting his shirt he pretend to be in pain as we can tell but Mo Yeon shocked. Started to treat him by stitching up the reinjury and she could even tell that Shi Jin was shot ont he side since she has volunteer over sea at Africa.

Shi Jin was talking about Battle of Normady and how he was saving a guys life that is why he got shot in the side. Of course the name was Private Ryan that Mo Yeon could come up with, I guess that movie was very popular with Tom Hanks and Matt Damon. Though all I recall was Matt Damon was at the end of the film and his takes were lesser then Tom Hanks.

Mo Yeon said he doesn't need treatment from her since any doctors have to just sterilize the injury.The flirting oh the flirting! Shi Jin manages to secure appointments to get this doctor to help treat him, since he is picky about whom he wants to treat him. Wow talk about those cheesy quotes!

Dae Young is doing his regular off duty run to keep fit. He really doesn't look the same in gym jacket and shorts like a marathon runner. Strangely his legs look pretty less masculine compare to his upper body. Guess those military fatigues really conceal quite a bit.

This scene I would have missed if I wasn't pausing to write up this recap. I found this image quite adorable and cute.

At the barracks Harry Potter is dressed up our plushy bunny and squirrel in military clothes. The squirrel includes even a small little gun. They must be really bored! Piccolo is playing the guitar and Big Boss is checking each of his military uniform trying to see which one to wear.

He asked Dae Young which one is better and Dae Young asked him who he was dressing up for. Big Boss tells his crew that he is going to Haesung hospital to get his wound cleaned. Piccolo states they have a clinic on base, nevertheless their captain decides to drive 90 minutes to the hospital.

Sly response is that Healthy people make a strong nation. Clap hands at Shi Jin words. Of course stating he wanted to get treated at Haesung Hospital where they have the best staff and equipment. He is making excuse that he want to get treated so he can serve the military well. Then again Dae Young said he is going to see the pretty doctor and of course Shi Jin said the doctor isn't pretty.

The kid holding the military open a can of worms when he states that they have their own pretty doctor and that he want to punch the punk that dump her. Dae Young look unhappy and the other officers smash the guy before he commits a folly with the guy that really did dump Myung Joo.

Dae Young requested a ride, since he wants to go pay for the kids military bill. Shi Jin complains that military people don't get paid much. Gi Beom like a lost puppy told Dae Young that he cannot pay him back only he can say sorry. Dae Young coolly states that is fine and he apologizes so it is all good. Gi Beom does not want the only man whom treat him differently to leave, especially the guy that call him his family.

He asked Dae Young how he manage to leave the gang life. Dae Young stated he went to a place where they couldn't follow. Meaning the army, because it is enclosed and he is sent to different places the likelihood of him being follow was zero.

Shi Jin went to find his doctor and instead spots her kneeling over a patient covered in blood trying to save a life. ER life isn't easy and this sounds urgent of course it means that Mo Yeon wouldn't be able to meet him, since the surgery look like it would take a while. Shi Jin helps Mo Yeon by pushing the gunnery to the surgery room.

The people pushing the gunnery are all woman which is interesting since there usually would assistants available that are guys to help push along those gunnery.

The director is absolutely, great in clipping and editing scenes to make you consider and believe they may meet but in fact don't. 

It's a good quality of editing and it shows they had very well plot out scripting for where the camera would aim and so on so forth.

Kang Mo Yeon did go out and look at the clock and noted that it is incredibly late for the appointments. However that is the life of a doctor...she never did notice that Shi Jin was there being so focus on saving that man.

It also shows a sense of maturity in Shi Jin since he didn't complain at the miss appointment rather I figure he admires her job.

There lingers this sympathetic side to Shi Jin and even though we know he acts like a kid sometimes.

The Next scene was featured and I know that many fans were all eager at the seeing actor Joong Ki body. According to an article Running Man Kim Jong Kook in two months before filming of DOTS help train and get Song Joong Ki fit for the scene.

Even though the actor has lost baby fat in the face due to military, I guess he didn't bulk up enough for the movie.

A phone call came from Mo Yeon and he answers the phone. The added scars on his body isn't bad at all.

Give Shi Jin a sense of character to the dangers of his job. With the call from Kang Mo Yeon we can see her apology of the emergency operations she had to do. Shi Jin surprises her asking if she save the man, we as viewers know he was there but to Mo Yeon she didn't have a clue.

The conversation went on and Mo Yeon wanted to reschedule for tomorrow the treatment, but we can see Shi Jin desire to see her, he pressures her if he didn't get treatment would that mean he would be admitted to the hospital. 

He really is a persistent guy in reality we know that it is not plausible out of dramaland. He request her to see him tonight to give treatment and she agrees. Unfortunately even though he arrives at the hospital he see on television that there are hostages in Iraq and so he would have to leave. His phone rings and he goes onto the elevator to give them his location for pick up.

Shi Jin then calls Mo Yeon to let her know he has to cancel she ask him where he is and he tells her the hospital roof. There Mo Yeon went up to see him standing there confused as to why he was there in first place. A helicopters approaches and Mo Yeon thought it was an emergency but Shi Jin said that the vehicle was coming for him. Scared that a war had broken out, he reassure it was not.

The conversation went on and he manage to secure her agreement to go watch a movie together that he would not be injured and will come back.

The songs provided as OST are absolutely great~ I recommend for those in support of the drama to acquire the songs to listen too.

Further information is DOTS cost quite a boat load of money per episodes as we can point out all the vehicles used and locations. Even in Greece the filming was consider open set which, means it's hard to calculate the cost until it is all done. Even if you aren't into dramas such as these, just peering at the locations they show are so worth it.
