Bromance Episode 16 Recap By Winter

The episode starts off from the previous episode 15 ending. Here, Zi Feng is with Zhe Rui in the hospital. The guilt is filling our main lead as Zhe Rui previously said if he felt sorrow for him that can Zi Feng leave Ya Nuo?

The best part of Bromance is though they make the fans squirm they still contain a warm element that doesn't really hurt the viewers as much. I have to say the Director most likely gives small struggles to set off the viewers, but it isn't to the point where he would be running away from a hand cleaver.

There is a heavy silence between Zhe Rui and Zi Feng. The character building and reaction of Zi Feng and Zhe Rui's face is outstanding.Zhe Rui most likely was uncomfortable with the silence so he breaks it stating, "Even though I cannot see now. But even I can see clearly." He knows that deep silence means that Zi Feng is in turmoil between what he feels as owing the man that save him, and the love of his life. Zhe Rui is obviously testing his love rival with his none answeringI am sure it  sates Zhe Rui's concern in regard to Zi Feng's feelings toward Ya Nuo.

This earns tons of cheers and confetti from the Bromance fan girls, I am sure that for one week the loud screams of anger is now sated just by Zi Feng's one loving response.

Zi Feng: Sorry, Zhe Rui other things I can promise but not that. 
(Another form of translation: I can promise you anything but that)

At least the directors are consistent enough with Zhe Rui's character, after all this writer's theory is if Zhe Rui wasn't such a good guy, he wouldn't be on the opening scene of each episode. Haha Zhe Rui's yelling at Ya Nuo in a previous episode was to keep Ya Nuo safe, pretty much everything he has done is to ensure his friend isn't hurt.

Zhe Rui continues on with his talk with Zi Feng, he tells Zi Feng when they first began he already knew. [Knew Zi Feng's feelings?] That Zi Feng shouldn't because of Zhe Rui's situation of injury request such a promise [Zi Feng giving up on Ya Nuo]. Also even if Zi Feng gives up on Ya Nuo. There is no guarantee that Ya Nuo would accept Zhe Rui's love.   

Zhe Rui said, "Zi Feng, people have love,and it is why they can seek out true love.  So love cannot be exchanged. I am glad. You to Ya Nuo is real feelings. If you really feel guilty to me, then can you promise me something else."

Zi Feng relieved and not as much stressed asked,  "What is it tell me?"

Zhe Rui lips curving up, "While I am in the hospital, please come every day and feed me."

Zi Feng laughs and mentions that he feels this situation is going to end up hard. He is joking with Zhe Rui. I guess the relationship between the two became much better since. The feelings are smoothed out so at least we now know both sides know where the other stand.


The scene shifts to the hospital corridors both Qing Yang and Zi Feng are waiting for Ya Nuo. Ya Nuo comes back with coffee for the two and gives them to Qing Yang and Zi Feng.

The conversation went onto the cuff link and the firework incident. Ya Nuo asked who they think did that incident.

Qing Yang after taking a sip of coffee states to Zi Feng while examining the situation of the firework factory incident. The master mind behind it has great resentment toward Zi Feng and is not a small matter. Ya Nuo glances over to Zi Feng and asked him, "who he thinks did it."

Zi Feng tells Qing Yang he wants the information on the cuff links faster, I am not sure if he said it may or may not be an isolated incident. Zi Feng's voice trailed away so it's harder for me to hear. Qing Yang reassures Zi Feng that he will investigate further on the cuff links and find out the information.

Zi Feng worries over his sister and mother finding out told him that he cannot tell anyone about it. Qing Yang reassure him he won't say anything. Zi Feng turns to talk to Ya Nuo he said there is a matter he wants to ask. He requests that she protects his mother and sister, while Qing Yang will protect Nana, he is begging her/him for this favor. Pleased that Zi Feng is leaning on her help by this small request she/he promised. Of course more hand holding and the court goes wild!

Holding Ya Nuo hand Zi Feng says for Ya Nuo to be careful. Qing Yang unable to take on the sweetness of the DuPi couple hurries off to accompany Nana. Yes, he must be feeling the love and went to seek the other person of his concerns. You are moving forward Qing Yang!


Zi Feng: I will not send you home today. I want to stay and take care of Zhe Rui. 

Ya Nuo understanding reassures him that she/he will go home first.  Zi Feng not wanting her to take the bus, let her instead use his car to drive. [Can Ya Nuo drive?] Worried Ya Nuo tells Zi feng he needs to take care of himself and rest.

Next scene we are greeted with the sleeping Nana, okay the photo to the left isn't Nana. I just couldn't help but show this cute image of a sleeping Uncle Tian. You can tell his exhausted from all his worry, over his daughter. He reminds me of my music teacher who usually sleep with his mouth open like it's catching Mosquito, not a really nice descriptions, but I find it incredibly funny. >.<

Returning back to topic, Qing Yang enters the room, Nana is resting in the recovery room, while Uncle Tian is sleeping with his mouth hanging open. Waking up to see Qing Yang he notices Qing Yang desire to be together with Nana, Uncle Tian excuses himself saying he would go out to buy something and for Qing Yang to look after Nana. Obviously, Uncle Tian isn't concealing his desires for his daughter and his almost raise by himself son to be together.

I guess, he is tired of being alone and doesn't want the same for his daughter and sort of son. For those that were asking questions in regard to Qing Yang's family.

The Three Family Triad is in reference to....three sworn brothers they are

Du Family   - Du Guang Zhu 杜光柱 [Leader]
Nan Family - Nan Xing Tian 南刑天
Wu Family  - Wu Wan Hao 吳萬豪

Qing Yang's family is friends of Du Family. The Wei Family isn't really sworn brotherhood, but rather Qing Yang's dad is best friends with Du Guang Zhu.

Clear? Okay!

Qing Yang taking Nana's hand says, "That day, when we both wrote on that air lantern our desires. Old Heaven God must of gotten it.  Your surgery is a success. It must of been hard on you. I know that you do not want me to be worried. That you don't want me to see you as anything but happy or cheerful. But I want too not only see you cheerful or happy face. Just this one time, in the future if anything happens, whether you agree or not, I Will not let you by yourself bear those future burdens, alone."

Kissing Nana hand he smiles and gently places it back under the blanket. Readjusting her blanket so she isn't cold. He gently kisses her forehead. I have my suspicion the slow mode of these two leads are to counter act all the fast pace scenes that the DuPi goes at...

While backing away, Qing Yang tells Nana's sleeping form, "You are not just one person, you still have me."Making sure she is comfortable, he sits back and watches over her.

Back to the DuPi couple are walking from the hospital outside. We can see how ragged Zi Feng looks, so worried and tired. They walking on the street most likely assumed from the hospital area. Even, walking we can see how distracted Zi Feng is. Sensing his concerns Ya Nuo addresses Zi Feng, knowing he most likely need to talk.

Ya Nuo: You are still worried over Zhe Rui's eyes?

Zi Feng: Yes. I am concern and disturbed. Zhe Rui is a good man. Now because of me, he may have to live in darkness and no longer see the world. This is all because in spite of his own safety went in to save me.

Ya Nuo: Please stop blaming yourself. The doctor did say he will recover, didn't he? What we now need to do is pray for him to recover and to find the perpetrator. Other issues are not important to think about. Okay?

Ya Nuo pretty much summed up the turmoil that Zi Feng probably feels, giving him perspective, no wonder Uncle Hao stated that with Zi Feng's treasure person he can do almost everything. Since Ya Nuo gives Zi Feng a perspective and a guide line to follow, he won't stray too far and whatever he wants to do will equal that to success.

However, Zi Feng being stubborn as a mule said that Zhe Rui became this way because of him, how can he not worry and not think about him. This could be the responsible person that Ya Nuo understands and love.  Ya Nuo unable to stop Zi Feng could only do one thing and that is ask him, "You said before, whatever I say you will believe right?"

Like a lost child, Zi Feng's nod and Ya Nuo hugs him, just to tell him that everything will be alright. He leans on the smaller, sworn brother for support during these guilt ridden times. Ya Nuo continues to comfort him, telling Zi Feng she believes that Zhe Rui will be alright, that there wouldn't be any problems for Zhe Rui. That Zhe Rui won't have any problems and will be alright. She keep repeating that.

The next scene is at the hospital once again, seriously always the hospital lately, they must of done a really large amount of filming there. Zi Feng is staying in Zhe Rui room, spending the night with him. No not that sort, he is in a bunch of chair or a fold up bed, I cannot really tell, however it looks very discomforting. For someone blind at this point the other senses such as the hearing becomes finely attuned. It's expected Zhe Rui notices Zi Feng's tossing and turning.

Zhe Rui: Zi Feng
Zi Feng: What is it?
Zhe Rui: You are unable to sleep, lets just talk. 
Zi Feng: Okay
Zi Feng: Speak.

Why do I feel the awkwardness between these two now?

Zhe Rui: I wish you can take care of Ya Nuo, don't let him (Yes it's male symbol here) feel concern/worry over you. 
Zi Feng: I know. 
Zhe Rui: Ya Nuo, is a very warm kind hearted person. He will always be considerate of others. He won't every think about himself first. Even if I am injured the most he would feel more hurt, instead. Since Ya Nuo selected you. You have to love him, if you suffer any harm that hurts Ya Nuo. Then I would never forgive you. Also, you better continue live, this way you can protect Ya Nuo. Although I have no control over your personal affairs, since such things have happened just this one time, do not do not let it happen again. Because if you get hurt, then Ya Nuo would feel bad. I do not wish to see Ya Nuo in pain or sadness. 
Zi Feng: Okay I promise you. 

This feels like a shovel talk, except instead of Ya Nuo's dad doing the shovel talk. Instead it's the love interest/big brother.

Zi Feng: What's so funny? 
Zhe Rui: I really don't understand. How can Ya Nuo like someone so naggy/fretful guy, such as you? 
Zi Feng: I don't know. How about you? What attracts you to Ya Nuo?
Zhe Rui: His happy smile. His smile will melt people's hearts.
Zi Feng: "When your eyes are better, I will tell YaNuo he is not allowed to smile in front of you again!"

The male mind is a bit strange to me here, I suppose Zi Feng is dominant here. The last sentence of Zi Feng confused me so do not quote me on it. 

Of course not being able to let Zi Feng get the better of him, Zhe Rui thanks Zi Feng for sacrificing his time that he could be spending with Ya Nuo with him to take care of him. I guess the friendship has deepen between these two. Zi Feng tired and not wanting to talk said okay enough men's talk lets all rest up and sleep.

Morning comes along, during which day, I am not even sure, Ya Nuo finally comes over in a different color clothes to check up on the two boys. She wanted to relieve Zi Feng to allow him rest time, the greatest news is that the Doctor came to tell him, the situation that there is nothing serious, just it is swollen still. Today, Zhe Rui can be discharged from the hospital and go home. I bet Zhe Rui is happy to run away from the hospital, after all who wants to eat the hospital food, it's not tasty at all.

Zhe Rui going to be released wants to go to his Veterinarian clinic to check on the animals. Zi Feng forcefully said no, after all how is he going to look after the animals in his condition? Zhe Rui worries over chubby mentions that he wants to check up on him. I am not sure if this is real (which could be so, or if he still wants to keep up bringing the dog up to get on Ya Nuo tender side) The two reassure him that Zhe Rui can go home and rest, they both will go take care of the dog and the clinic. That facial expression from Zhe Rui I really cannot tell if he is reluctant for any other motive or his unhappy that Zi Feng gets more Ya Nuo time.

Putting up a sign that the Clinic is closed for a period of time. Zi Feng holding Chubby glances at Ya Nuo saying now what.

Going inside Ya Nuo gives Chubby a bath and keep talking about Zhe Rui daddy, making Zi Feng jealous.

It turns out into a whole water war with one another as they play around. Another tender moment comes along Zi Feng starts to dry Ya Nuo hair, whereas Ya Nuo dries the dog chubby. It's a nice family moment, of course they need to take snap shot of the dog and the other two with bow ties in all three hair.

Back to the QYNN couple, Uncle Tian is pouring water into a glass, seeing how fretful his daughter is acting, he asked her what is wrong. Nana worrying said she is trying to figure out what to text Qing Yang, since it's been a while since she has been gone.

Slyly, Uncle Tian said what is the use of typing so many words in a text, you cannot even see the person. He preys on his daughter desires of seeing the handsome Qing Yang. Go Uncle Tian GO! He continues telling her, Nana might as well use video conferencing to see and talk to him.

Nana considering her father words, expresses it's not a bad idea because she can see Qing Yang. However, even though she sounds simple minded, she isn't that easy to trick, she consider how she can show a video of herself considering she is in the hospital.

Feeling his idea about to be rejected Uncle Tian desperately trying to get the two youngsters to video conference told his daughter. It's easy, all Nana has to do is change clothes and find an angle to video from such as the window. After all who knows where Nana is at because of it, however, the window scene would give where she is at. Then he told her to stand against the white wall and he won't know.

Nana asked her father if Qing Yang would believe that, considering it's a white wall and he would wonder where she is at. Uncle Tian flailing around stated that, guys are simple, as long as they see you, they would be happy.

Good Job Uncle Tian!

Nana believe her father's words. Indeed, the guy is trying to match make the two more. HAHA Nana hurries to change and get things ready to video conference Qing Yang. The relationship really has improved between Nana and her father, we can tell and I have to say the scenes with the actor is the best. Qing Yang making coffee once again at the coffee house, picks up his phone.

Everyone can see his happy expression when he answered. Nana told him she really thinks and miss him. Quite sweet these two, with more time I think they can develop more. Concern where her bunny daughter is, also yes people she named the bunny, Guo Lai which means come here. Don't ask me why of all names she decided this.

I would like to ask this to all people that own pets and prepare food, do you really keep your pets on counters near where you are preparing food such as coffee? Or is this a plot hole that we just assume for the sake of the story line, its for romantic purposes?

Nana ask her bunny daughter if she thinks about her and if she miss her. These two--I am not sure what to say....Qing Yang kissing the bunny drop it back onto the counter.

Dear Director Chen,

When you are done using that poor bunny, please find it a home where it doesn't always have to go through the process of being prodded or subjected to constant handling. It's worse if he/she really does come to someone because of the name come here.

Of course this continue on where the two keep saying they keep thinking about each other and misses one another. Uncle Tian the whole time was enjoying the sweet lovey dovey moments between his daughter and Qing Yang.

Yeah, Uncle it must be awesome watching this little sweet drama moment for you. Nana becoming self conscious makes up the name of her friend Tian Tian requesting she to go outside and wait for her. (Qing Yang is such a clever man, how can he not link Tian Tian for Uncle Tian. *Smacks hand to forehead*)
Uncle Tian understanding his daughter, listens and leaves. The conversation comes onward, Qing Yang said since she miss him to quickly come home. She tell him when she gets back they will have coffee and cake and also go play at that other place they were suppose to go too.

Uncle Tian ended up going back to the Coffee House, Qing Yang is extremely surprise seeing him, he thought Uncle Tian would stay with Nana. Uncle Tian, told Qing Yang that Nana said that Qing Yang would suspect where he is if he stay away from the work place for too long. Uncle Tian also said it wasn't such a bad idea for him to go back home anyways, since he went out out to buy some grocery. Since he is at home, he can go make some food for his daughter and bring it back to her at the hospital. Uncle Tian boast happily that Nana loves to drink his soup. Meddling like usual Uncle Tian asked Qing Yang if the video conference wasn't too bad? Guess, since he was exiled outward he wants to know the conversation between the two. He boast that he was the one that instigated it.

Qing Yang of course thanked him for that. Uncle Tian said he would go cook, but the door is thrown open and Han Sheng's father, comes in.

Surprised at Brother Hao's appearance, Tian asked him when he got back, Brother Hao said only half a day yesterday. Brother Hao told Tian, not to worry too much that Brother Du would get better and remember once again. He probably only believes the concerns the other brother has for Uncle Du. Also reassuring Qing Yang, once he recalls he would remember what happened to Qing Yang's parents. Qing Yang offer to make a coffee for Uncle Hao. Uncle Hao happy said he hasn't had Qing Yang's coffee in a while and started to sit down.

Brother Hao asked Brother Tian what time he wants to go see Brother Du. Tian told Hao that Nana is in the hospital, concerned Hao asked if she is alright. Tian tell Hao that she is getting better, however he wants to bring up the topic of a cuff link. He tells Qing Yang to get the cuff link.

Curious Hao asked what is this about a cuff link. Tian tells Hao that Uncle Du was found holding a cuff link but it doesn't belong to him or the others. The cuff link owners could have been the person that causes the issue with Du that cause him being drown and hurt those seven years ago for all they know he is the perpetrator.

Hao said he really would like to see who that person is that try to hurt their brother. Qing Yang presents the cuff link and Hao look at it. Tian asked him if he recognize it and who wore the cuff link. Tossing the cuff link he shook his head. In a few sentences Hao hurried off without even touching the coffee that Qing Yang made for him. Qing Yang looks at this suspiciously.

Back at the Wu family domain, which is the billiard room once again. Hao went down stairs and told all the guys to go outside he wants to speak to Han Sheng. Hao quickly makes a drink with ice and downs it. He looks quite agitated.

Hao throws the drink against the wall and beats up Han Sheng. The kicks take down his son, you would think his son could defend, but most children always fear their father/mother.

Talk about child abuse, I wonder if this happen while Han Sheng was growing up.

Hao: How are you able to daring try such a thing? He is Uncle Du, the Uncle that love you the most. Where did you find the courage to commit such an atrocity? Hurry up and say!
Han Sheng: Dad. Whomever told you is speaking nonsense. I didn't do anything.
Hao: I was at your Uncle Tian place and saw it with my own eyes those cuff links that I send to you. [I need someone to double check this part since I am not sure.] You still say you didn't. How can you do such an outrageous thing?
Han Sheng: Dad. You listen to what I have to say. I am guilty. However, it was Qing Yang's father and mother caught me... So I ended up thinking a way to deal with them. How was I suppose to know that Uncle Du saw it. 
Hao: Shut up! You must of called out Du Guang Zhu. Talk! You must of done something stupid. Qing Yangs father and mother must of want to expose you.
Han Sheng: Qing Yang's Father and Mother know that I drug trafficked.
Hao: Drug Trafficking.

So the bad boy got caught drug trafficking and since he was about to get exposed, since their triad no longer does corrupt stuff such as that. It's understandable the punishment that may have occurred and why he wanted to avoid it. If Han Sheng did take over as leader the triad would be going back to blood shed and all the corrupt stuff all again. The hard work Du Guang Zhu and Zi Feng did would all be for nothing.

Han Sheng is digging his own grave by claiming he did all of this for Daddy Hao and the family. To have Daddy Hao succeed. He begins the whole speech of wasn't it basically to conquer the world he would have to sacrifice those close. The ambition of the leadership position of the three family. He went on how he wanted to earn a little money to raise the status of the Wu family.

Hey Kid, I don't buy it, and I really don't think your dad is buying it too.

Hao very upset by his sons lies and reasoning bring out a gun pointing it at his son. Feeling scared but bravely going on Han Sheng tells his father to shoot him, if he feels he really did wrong. Hao unable to shoot his own son. Feeling turmoil Hao asked his son when he is about to do something why he never asked him about it. However, Hao said regardless of the fact or matter Du Guang Zhu is still his big brother. Even if Hao wanted to fight for the leadership seat. He decided to wait for Guang Zhu to be legally dead for seven years, he gave up that seat. Instead, Hao waited patiently for Hang Sheng to be able to ascend as the leader of our three families.

If Han Sheng was patient enough he would have ended up with that position instead of Zi Feng. However, all his plans were spoiled by Han Sheng's actions. Hao said he will seek a friend to make arrangement to ship Han Sheng out of the country.  Even with a long time passing, Han Sheng cannot come back to Taiwan. Han Sheng like an idiot and we can see Hao hunched over in agony at how stupid he is, because he asked why he has to leave.

Hao told Han Sheng because of this situation it is only a matter of time before Du Zi Feng will know. Han Sheng said even if he knows so what. It's sort of sad that Hao knows that Zi Feng would never let Han Sheng go for this matter. It's just pathetic that Han Sheng isn't smart enough to realize that his days are numbered. I give a score 7 for Edison acting, he really did make Han Sheng come alive to a believable character with all the flaws and stupid moments. *Thumbs up*

At the temple, they really do like temples or either Hao meets with Zi Feng here because it is neutral ground? Maybe he meets him to beg or pray for Han Sheng. Who knows what goes on inside Hao's head?

Zi Feng brought up Han Sheng situation, but Hao immediately told him to not address it anymore, since Zi Feng is the leader. He tells Zi Feng he isn't wrong and even though Zi Feng thanks him. Hao is a smart man, he brings up this temple as a way to indicate his sworn loyalty to Tian and Du as sworn brothers. Hao most likely brought up some of the information on what Han Sheng did and apologizes for what he has done. The issue is how much did he say? He did mention Qing Yang's parents.

Inside a mall, Zi Feng and Ya Nuo are browsing and walking around. Seeing people drawing Ya Nuo decided to talk to one of the drawers of couples. I guess we now know that Ya Nuo has skills at drawing. Zi Feng expresses that Ya Nuo need to draw him handsomely. Curiously, Zi Feng wanted to see and Ya Nuo gave him to look.

Manga drawings!!! They look like chibi's! Congratulations, Ya Nuo even though you cannot cook then it's great!

Ya Nuo said she wants to give him more things, I guess but Zi Feng said Ya Nuo already gave him something. Ya Nuo asked what. He said herself/himself. Then he shows the image of the chibis where Ya Nuo kissing him and she is utterly embarrassed.

Moving along we have them at the hospital releasing Zhe Rui they had picked up the medicine. Ya Nuo the whole time reading out what the prescription says. Then Zhe Rui said he wants to see a movie. Both are confused on how this is possible? Zhe Rui assures them he can listen to the movie and since the movie is only play for a short period of time, he doesn't want to miss it.

Feeling thirsty, Zhe Rui asked for some. Zi Feng offer him his drink but he asked what it is finding out it is cola Zhe Rui is disappointed. Zi Feng asked him what he wanted to drink originally, but we can see the sneak attack of Zhe Rui taking Ya Nuo's drink that is not cola. Zi Feng's jealous face is awesome!

Its like a three person date together. Once again the theme song for Zhe Rui is being sang in the back ground. At Kanpai meat grill, they all are grilling meat. Of course this is where the author is staring more at the food then anything else.

Zi Feng complains the way Ya Nuo grilled the food is too dry from her skill. Understanding that Zi Feng is better at cooking she agrees. Ya Nuo ends up with a phone call from her mother and leaves for outside.

Zhe Rui expresses to Zi Feng that he is sure that Zi Feng would be able to take very good care of Ya Nuo. Approval! Surprise! He acknowledges the way Zi Feng treat's Ya Nuo and his behavior it is obvious and he is thankful to Zi Feng. Zhe Rui becomes concerned that one day Zi Feng would be angry with Ya Nuo. I guess he is thinking about the future when Ya Nuo turns into a girl. I suppose Zhe Rui assumes one hundred percent that Zi Feng is gay. However, we as viewers knew about his derailment originally over liking Ya Nuo the boy.

Zi Feng said he wouldn't be upset. Here people can speculate on the gender issue of knowledge, however, I take it as is....at face value. LOVE!

Ya Nuo comes back and she expresses she is happy they both get along. Ya Nuo of course wanting to know if the meat she make better tasting then Zi Feng. Zhe Rui teases Ya Nuo said the meat she cooked is none tender and dry. Of course Zi Feng and Zhe Rui slap hands together, they both are quite in tune with one another.

We emotionally driven won't even notice on how Zhe Rui seems to anticipate that Zi Feng was going to do an hi five. (Logic does not compute)

Back to hospital, Nana is trying to use the clutches to move around. Uncle Tian seeing what she is trying to do tell her to stop running around. He did tell her a good news that she can go home. However, Nana is concerned that Qing Yang would ask how come she is hurt.

Tian help make up an excuse for Nana. The father really knows how to play on his daughter and reassure her.

These two really bonded well together, I really am praying nothing bad happens to her!!! Not just for Qing Yang's sake but rather for Uncle Tian's sake. Moving along Nana comes back with her leg wrapped and Qing Yang is eyeing it not quite so happily. Tian makes up the excuse that she simply broke her leg. To reassure her, he said as long as she comes back it is better instead. Qing Yang unable to stand it went to help Nana up the stairs to her room. I guess he really wants to touch her. Qing Yang bring up the bunny that Guo Lai misses her. Using the excuse that the bunny misses her so much that it doesn't eat well. Doesn't this sound like the excuse that Zhe Rui gave for chubby?

We have a car following moment, Ya Nuo and Zi Feng in their car witnesses the moment where Amy the Secretary gets kidnapped by these not so good looking guys. I am sorry! They really don't attract my pallet! The van moves along and Zi Feng got stuck behind a red light, but they continued driving and spots where the Van is parked at some abandon place.

Amy being pushed along by the thugs, feels reassure when she see Han Sheng. Han Sheng purpose is to ask Amy if Zi Feng knew about the firework incident was him that recommended that factory place. He fear that Zi Feng knows, but Amy told him that he doesn't know. Amy confused asked why he is so scary right now, and why he is scared if general manager knew that it was him that recommended the firework factory. It's evident that Han Sheng wants to do a major cover-up, that he thinks he can still conceal what he has done.

Here is when Zi Feng and Ya Nuo shows up. Han Sheng ended up proudly owning up that he did it. Trying to protect Ya Nuo he tells Ya Nuo to leave since it has nothing to do with him. However, Ya Nuo refuses and we see Zi Feng standing in front of Ya Nuo.

The viewers are all screaming about fighting going to happen. We all are pumped up and excited for martial arts duel, until we all discovered the unpleasantness of well you guess it. Guns.

Let's face it folks, if there wasn't any guns, and instead paint balls, they wouldn't show how serious these guys are. They have to be real triad/mafia people and it just shows you how serious Han Sheng descent to darkness is...will our DuPi couple be rivet with bullets?

Well before it happens we have Qing Yang show up with a lot of triad members on Zi Feng's side. They out number the ones that Han Sheng has, quite cool! Qing Yang really does look like the right hand of Zi Feng and a child hood friend/member of Zi Feng's group.

Qing Yang prevents Han Shen from getting closer to Zi Feng. Qing Yang knows about his parents and what this guy has done. He dares to head over to Han Sheng men and hold his hand out for the gun. When the man was going to lift it against Qing Yang the Zi Feng members show their guns. The first guy let go of the gun easily, whereas the second guy got ready to ain and shoot Qing Yang.

Qing Yang shows his martial arts abilities by drop kicking the guy in a round house kick! Finally Bii can show some of his skills, though it was extremely down played. Director Chen you make me sad. You should have good show of skills, but I guess the two leads are exhausted if they have to do more filming.As the leader Zi Feng, Ya Nuo and Qing Yang leave, his men kept their eyes on Han Sheng group, Amy seeing her change hurries up and runs away from Han Sheng.

Ya Nuo is quiet the whole time and they get onto a discussion on if she would comfort him, and she asked if he really needs comfort. This scene is so cute.

They are playing again where Ya Nuo is pretending to move the swing side ways to try to kiss him. It's quite cute and childish but nice, of course Zi Feng is laughing the whole time inwardly. She complains and he just grab her swing chain and tug her over to kiss her.

Once again, Nana is in her room talking to her bunny daughter, Guo Lai. She is expressing to her bunny that it needs to listen to her and Qing Yang daddy and eat food, even if she misses her. A knock happens and Qing Yang lugs a whole bunches of stuff into her room. Curiously she asked him why he isn't sleeping yet. Qing Yang said he wanted to ask the same thing.

Qing Yang said since she is injured in the foot, he wants to sleep in her room to assist her, and Uncle Tian approved of it. Putting Guo Lai into her spot on the book shelf, he turns off the light. Already in the sort of hammock style bed he set beside her.

Nana keep glancing over to Qing Yang's profile and curl to her side to look at him. Qing Yang shocks her by asking, if she cannot sleep. Nana relents and said a little, she said this was this first time she ever sleep in the same time she slept with another man in her room.

Qing Yang teases her asking if she needs a bed time story. Of course he echoes the same sentiment how it is his first time sleeping in the same room as a girl. Nana said if this is true, then why does he have to sleep in the same room as her. However, he smoothly said that its because he wants to be by her side.


Qing Yang unable to stop himself ask her to promise something. He wants her to promise if she ever went outside of the country to let him go with her. Nana touched said if she has to leave then okay she would allow him to go with her. Happy to get her promise he told her to closer her eyes and sleep.

Nana took his left hand holding it while she gets to sleep. Yeah I bet Qing Yang hand is going to hurt from that.

The next day, Qing Yang shows up at Zi Feng's office with the information on the buyer of the cuff link. Qing Yang doesn't look happy drawing Zi Feng's attention quickly. Handing the list over Qing Yang told Zi Feng to look at the list himself.

The list is shown with the name Wu Wan Hao 吳萬豪.

Shocked Zi Feng asked Qing Yang to confirm this list is not wrong. Qing Yang said the list is not wrong. Also that he cannot understand why Wu Wan Hao 吳萬豪 said he never seen that cuff link, when he was the original person that purchased it.


The plot thickens--was it really Han Sheng? Or is there something more to the story?

Edit: According to Kim Tania a wonderful commentor she said that it makes sense if the cuff link was purchased originally by Wan Hao for Han Sheng. However, it's a bit confusing because I recall Hao say he sent the cuff link to Han Sheng. However, I might be reading too much into it. It's plausible he doesn't want Zi Feng and Qing Yang to know his son was the one that did something to Uncle Du. However, it feels like he already told Zi Feng something about Han Sheng's deeds, so why conceal knowing about the cuff links? I will probably have to wait for the next few episodes to see.

Zi Feng: In a few more days, your birthday is coming soon. What do you want?
Ya Nuo: I wish for your signature.

Writer: Bet that shocked you. Of all things she could ask for she ask for a signature?
 





Zi Feng: Huh?
Zi Feng: Du Zi Feng won't be mad at Ya Nuo for the twenty five years before her birthday.

The Qing Yang and Nana preview is basically him going into her room and she is pretending to sleep. Of course her dream is that he would go into her room cover her up with a blanket and kiss her. However, we know Director Chen, he probably has it where Qing Yang teases her and asking her what she is doing? Yup no kissy kissy for the QYNN couple. XD
