Summary: All Seo Dae Young wanted was acknowledgement from the woman he love's father. 

Seo Dae Young admit when he was young he did plenty of stupid.Seo Dae Young wasn’t a nice child. He constantly got into fights and rang into a bunch of gangs. His mother always despair what would happen to her wayward son. He wasn’t always good at teamwork and felt immensely lonely. His father always wanted to give a strapping to his kid but in the end wash his hand of the boy.

In the town that he lived in some substantial windowless houses of stone brick together that privacy wasn’t afforded. An interval of wretched cabins, with a thatched roof, and about some patches of ground litter the area. Where there are high dense populations and the neighbors knew of one another it also was filled with gangster and loan sharks taking advantage of those that had debt.

The constant anger issues he had when growing up and the verbal bullying he had from the local gangs drove Seo Dae Young into desperation and he decided to be gone from that neighborhood.  Signing up at age seventeen to the army he didn’t care about the shouts of his parents because what sort of life would he have?

His ex-girlfriend wouldn’t see him as anything but that a man from her past and someone unable to make a living…and perhaps to be plague by those gangs out there. Inside the military everything was much simple taking orders become second nature and he like it a lot.

There was a way to become stronger and to persist the men around him were rowdy and close to one another, but he didn’t feel too connected with them. Until meeting that youngster that he trained when he raised upward. He acquired a brotherhood from them and the team he joined and he was happy.

Then there was meeting Myung Joo.  She was gorgeous and smart. Way out of his league. He couldn’t stop and when meeting the Commander he felt his heart plummet because he understood the man’s concern.

This man was everything that Seo Dae Young admires and knew that he could never top. But he wanted the man’s approval. So biting his tongue even the transfers were all unjust he went around the world fighting and rescuing. Hoping with each of these missions that the man would lift his head and consider that he was enough for Myung Joo because this was pride.

Being a man even low ranked doing his duty and fighting as hard as he can to save and keep his country safe. To keep the woman he love safe. He would put up with everything because Myung Joo was worth it. Everything he had to suffer through he keep hoping for the final goal to gain approval to marry her!

That’s all he endures for her love and her father’s love.
