Summary: Why was Myung Joo Ignoring him?
“Where’s Myung Joo?”
The two soldiers spun around, not at all surprised at the
Chief Master Sergeant sudden appearance.
“Myung Joo is on the roof, Sergeant Seo,” Staff Sergeant Kim
Gi Beom answered.
The poor man that he always tormented to make him ramen with
his sweat said, “The Commander showed up just now, after you left. He said he
had something to talk to Lieutenant Yoon about.”
Dae Young frowned.
Until now, there had only been a few reasons for the
Commander’s appearance. One was for calling in Myung Joo, Shi Jin, Mo Yeon and
him to check on them and see if Shi Jin would continue relations with Myung
Joo. Second was when both of them went into the office for a chat in regards
to their feelings and intent. It hadn’t been easy as he recalls it but later on
the third time he got approval from the man.
There was no one on the roof at the moment.
The first thought that entered Dae Young’s mind was that the
two men were lying, but one look at them told him they weren’t, and that they
didn’t even know that Myung Joo was gone in the first place. He knew these two
guys inside and out by now.
So here is the million dollar question…
Where did Myung Joo go?
The next few days would be a game of cat and mouse for Dae
Young. He grew frustrated when his phone calls went to voice mail and his next
thought was that his girlfriend was avoiding him.
That left him cold inside.
He didn’t know what he done that resulted in the silent
treatment from Myung Joo. He manage to catch her during her lunch break and
drag her outside to have a talk.
“Why?” Dae Young asked already seeing the confirmation.
Myung Joo squared her shoulders and stare at him, “You ate
my cake!”
“What?”
Well that wasn’t what he was expecting. Sometimes never get
between a woman and her cake.
