Chapter 8 Winner Takes It all

There are points where life felt like one big fat game for Feng Jie. The struggles of fighting inside the clan to the person selected to be leader.

Normally, the loser would stand so small, but in Feng Jie's opinion the loser was the one on top. The responsibilities she watched her son go through was enough to cripple a lesser man.

So even though it looks like the winner takes it all. Doesn't necessary mean it was all that good in the first place.
