Chapter 6 Forthwith
Ya Nuo observe the unhappy face of her boyfriend; she was accompanying
him in his office watching him pace back and forth. The close call he had with
the firework and injury to Zhe Rui weight heavily on his mind.
A knock came and in walked in Amy looking down like she was
about to be lead to her execution. Standing in front of Zi Feng’s desk she said
in a small voice, “General Manager…you call for me.”
Zi Feng stopped and took in a deep breath to calm himself
down. “Amy because of your supply the plans for the firework factory that you didn’t
do research on. I was going to ask you to pack yourself up and proceed
forthwith away from my territory.”
Ya Nuo watches how Amy was shaking like a leaf and looking
like she was about to cry.
However, talking to Ya Nuo I have enough time to calm down and
become rational to realize the pressure I place on you for the short amount of
time to arrange fireworks for our park. In addition, I now it wasn’t your fault
for falling for Han Sheng’s ploy,” he said, “Love or like shouldn’t be
suspended, but it was still irresponsible of you for not calling fireworks
third parties to find a better choice instead of just depending on your lover.”
Ya Nuo made a subtle cough to get Zi Feng back on track.
“So I will just suspend you for a week without pay. When you
come back I expect you to be professional.” Zi Feng said glancing quick to Ya Nuo
whom smiles at him encouragement.
“Thank you, General Manager.” Amy voice was filled with
emotions and gratitude and she bow and immediately left.
“Well?” Zi Feng asked Ya Nuo.
“Mmm…you look very cool just now.” Ya Nuo praises him while
granting him a kiss on the lips.
