Summary: A meeting that shows how sly Xiao Nai is.
The bridge was a symbolism to Xiao Nai. It was the place where he gotten engage in the game and now it would be another location for him to recall his first love. It also would be a wonderful tale he could tell any future children that their parents met at a special place.
The image he was positive would be very memorable since it was picture perfect and since Xiao Nai never planned to have anyone else but Wei Wei. It also meant that he would make these memories with her so he can look into the past and smile.
To Xiao Nai his love was a solid presence and he would make sure that Wei Wei wouldn't escape him. Love to him was border to that of possessiveness. She was her own person, but he would be the one to always be in her life the fullest point.
Her friends are only a small percentage of her life and though she may need her girl time. She would always recall him, he would make sure of it.

I am sorry, but I am not sure the location. You might have to google the bridges in China to see. But most likely it's near the movie city that they have or at some university.
